Hi there everybody! ...
... or at least those of you who came to see my portfolio! I have been a busy bee, doing lots of work! Funny that I haven't got that much posted in the gallery you might ask ... well let me explain!

A friend and I have recently started a new gaming company here in little South Africa called Avon Storm. We started about 2 months ago and are only in the beginning phase of the project. The company was started as you might imagine because of a game we are planning to create. I cant really say what the game is about at the moment but i will be posting some pics related to the project. The picture called 'Mokhan' is a character design form the game.

Its a crazy project as we are running on skeleton staff at the moment and i have to do many peoples jobs myself, but I wouldn't have it any other way! So when the reschedule allows i will be posting pics on the CG site ... and asking everybody for comments.

Keep well till next time
Shamie.

hello cg friends what what what!
Hope every body enjoys looking at my work! I will be posting as much as time permits.

I am still getting used to my wacom and the different mind set needed to navigate wonderful programs like photoshop and painter. 'Sam the werewolf' must be the 4th digital attempt. I tried my hand at the last cg challenge - 'journey begins' but I failed to finish on time! :(

Most of the work I get in is still by hand but I have vowed to do as much digital as possible! The next pic I am attempting will be a slightly more humorous, look at Sam and his girlfriend ... and the disapproving village folk! This time I think I will try my hand at painter which seems to be a bit more geared for us 'trying to be ex-traditional artists'.

Hope you like.... I like.
